We have lync users who login to Lync Service using Lync 2010 Client. But they are external users and so never login to domain as a domain user. If they need to change their password at their end without any support, how can they?
Please let me know, if any one has any suggestions.
Thanks.

Hi Sunsar,
Do the users have access to Outlook Web App? There is no method native to Lync to reset your active directory password.
Thanks,
James

Hi Kent,
Thanks for your reply.
We tried to change the password using OWA but it is not reflected in Lync. Can we have any options of Microsoft or other than Microsoft to solve the problem.
Thanks
