Hi,
I don't think that you will be able to see all additional numbers written on othertelephone attribute. It is by default behaviour what ever you are seeing. How ever you might want to use SDK tools to do some customization on client side but not sure about that.

Hello SKHATRI,
Thank you for reply. It's strange that OCS sometimes reads first number from the othertelephone attribute, sometimes - second and etc.
I could not find a rule that OCS uses when it pulls out sometimes first number, somtemes - second from the list.

In which format have you written phone number in other phone number attribute. Remember it should be E164 format. if it is not in E164 format then have you edited your phone number rules so that it can normalize according to your standard. Also take a look in to very informative information related to address book and normalization of phone numbers. http://blogs.pointbridge.com/Blogs/schertz_jeff/Pages/Post.aspx?_ID=26

Also take a look in to Address book service configuration tool which comes with resource kit. Address Book service configuration tool is The Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Resource Kit tool, Address Book Service Configuration Tool, provides Active Directory Domain Services attribute changes and Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) configuration updates to the Address Book Service (ABS) settings. This tool can be used to regulate which Active Directory attribute information is included in the contact information that the Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2 address book file contains. This tool also provides administrators with the flexibility to customize their address book information as needed.
You can find more information on http://blogs.technet.com/b/drrez/archive/2011/03/14/office-communications-server-2007-r2-tool-address-book-service-configuration-tool.aspx
Hope above helps

Hi,
You can change the telephone attribution display in ABS configuration tool. Don't check the other Telephone, ocs client will only display the primary telpephone.
Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
