    Hello

    I'm just wondering if it's possible to change the size of the notification toaster?

    Hi,

    No this is not an option in the Lync Client.

    There is the option to write your own client or add-on to create a different Toast, but that will involve considerable work.

    Hi.  Did you ever create/find what you were looking for?  Being able to change the appearance of the toast to be more obvious to the user would be a great help for us.

    Take a look at Lync Notifier...   We make the toast more obvious by creating a flashing border around it and setting topmost property.
