Can we customize the Lync Meeting Request Template

We have a request from some users that would like to be able to customize the Outlook Lync Meeting request template. I know in OCS 2007 R2 this was not possible but I wanted to see if this could be done in Lync?
Our users are comparing the meeting requests to something like WebEx where you can customize just about everything on the template.
Thanks,
Stephen

Jeff, thanks for the reply. Is there any examples or Lyncs you could point me to that explain what can be customized? We are trying to keep a particular business unit from buying WebEx since we have OCS/Lync.
