Just deployed Lync SE. IM, Conferencing only. Already have setup a previous Exchange 2010. Problem is, I managed to make it work with Outlook 2010, but for OWA, I cannot make it work.
I cannot see jellybean icon, when I drop down name in upper-right I do not see a Sign-In to IM. Basically, it is just with mail function and cannot see any chat function. Tried to see in OWA settings and IM is already enabled.
Any idea what the issue is and what can be the solution?

Have you configured OWA integration with Lync ?

Wow, OK I have not done this yet, I assume Lync worked automatically with OWA like it did with Outlook.
