Keep Alive Timer for Lync FE

My question is:
In the CU5 update, it gave you the ability to increase the range of the white space keep alive time intervals that Lync Server 2010 allows. I am looking for a powershell command or where I could find the current keep alive time or how to change it. Basically, if we have a gateway that temporariliy goes down, we do not want the FE to mark the link down after the default amout of time. I have also read that it checks a down link every 80 seconds, until it fully marks the link down at 6 minutes. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Dan Peters

Hi Dan,
You can try to change the value of FailOverTimeout in OutboundRouting.exe.config to test the issue. Please refer to the following informtion:

Hi,
I don't think CU 5 actually addressd this issues which was created by CU 4. you will face this problem if you have 2 seperate NIC s in your Collocated Mediation server. This problem can be fixed if you can get the Mediation server to a single interface with FE server else move the mediation server to a seperate server. below is the KB for CU 5.
