Lync Monitoring Presence Report

Monday, April 23, 2012 12:31 PMhi, one of my customer has a requirement that they want to see reports on presence, like for how much time a user was active, inactive, on call, away, offline etc. is this possible with lync monitoring server role.

Hi,
Lync monitoring CDR report will not show user's presence information.
However, you can see some historical date using following method; http://mikestacy.typepad.com/mike-stacys-blog/2009/08/are-you-really-away.html.
There are third party product avaialble for user's presence reporting; http://www.geomant.com/wp-content/uploads/downloads/2011/05/Geomant_Product_Presence_Suite.pdf.

Hi,
Per my knowledge, we can't get such a report from Monitoring Server. As I know the users' presense or runtime data is stored in the database Rtcdyn.mdf. Maybe you can try some SQL commands to query the data from the database.
