Hi all, I have installed Lync Monitoring role but in User Activity Report (CDR) all user calls to PSTN numbers doesn't have the End Time field (it's blank). The same field is correct for Lync-to-Lync and PSTN-to-Lync audio calls.
Some Help?
TIA
David

Hi, as I look in my reports I can see also for calls from user to PSTN the End Time.
Have you run the Install-CsDatabase -Update -ConfiguredDatabases -SqlServerFqdn <EEBE.Fqdn> -UseDefaultSqlPaths after you update your Lync enviroment?

Hi Holger, wich is the meaning of that cmd-let? Why i need to execute it?
Also, I have a Front-End Standard Edition, not Enterprise.
Thanks,
Davide

Hi David,
If you call a user or number and it interrupts without no answered, it will have no End Time in the report. So please check if the calls to PSTN is answered. And you can have test about it to call mobile number and answer it, then verify if there is End Time to it.
Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. -

@Holger, I have installed update database with Install-CsDatabase cmd-let but the end-time still blank for PSTN calls. Tomorrow I will install November CU updates, and will check again.
@Sean, the end time is blank with answered calls.
Any other ideas?
TIA
David
