Hi, I have installed a Standard edition Lync server with the setup as below:
Frontend server on ServerA
Monitoring & Archiving server on ServerB
I have able to browse Lync server reports via http://serverB/reports only in Server B. If I try to browse the monitoring report on ServerA or another computer, it kept prompting me for authentication and will never get through. My SSRS in Server B is running using a domain account.
Anyone has a solution to help?
Many thanks in advance!

Which user account do you use to authenticate from a different host? If you are accessing it from ServerB it uses integrated Windows authentication with the currently logged-on user.
If you try with a different user, you'll have to grant it the required rights to view the reports. For the exact steps I would refer to the blog post Lync Server 2010 Monitoring Server Reports Read-Only Group

If it is windows 2008 or 2008 R2 OS then please try by right clicking on IE and then run as administrator.
