    Hi All,

We have setup "Microsoft Lync Server 2010" along with Front End Server and Monitorning Server.

We able to make Extension to Extension Audio and Video Call using Microsoft Lync Tool.

These Audio and Video Calls dont generate CDR records in Lync Server Database.

Is there any configuration settings which needs to configure to record call details in Lync Database.

    Thanks

    Hi Sanjay,

Have you associated the Monitoring server with the Lync Front End server? Once this is done and the monitoring server is setup correctly you should be able to view the details in Reporting services on the monitoring server.

This is a good blog on setting up the monitoring server.

    Hi,

Have you associated the Monitoring serverwith Lync Front End Server? How did you deployment Monitoring server? Have you received QoE normally? If you followed the deployment guide in Microsoft TechNet strictly, the CDR and QOS reports should be working properly and we do not need to do any other configuration. I supposed that the Lync Server you deployed is Enterprise, here are some tips to check the issue now:

    1. Please check if Monitoring server has been associated with Lync Front in Topology Builder.

    2. Please check if all services on Front End and Monitoring services including SQL Server Reporting Services are starting normally.

    3. We need to install Message Queuing with Active Directory Domain Services Integration enabled, on both Monitoring Server and Front End Server.

Here are details about deploying monitoring:
