Remove Deployment Wizard - will this affect existing OCS 2007 R2 Environment?

Hi,
I have an existing OCS 2007 R2 install and I installed a Lync server and merged topology, due to some issue, I want to uninstall Lync and try again.
If I run the "Remove Deployment" wizard, will it affect the existing OCS 2007 R2 Enviornment?

Decomission Lync
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg195815.aspxThis should not pose any problems for the OCS Environment as Lync is just another OCS server looking from OCS and you will remove those servers like any other OCS like box

Hi,
As I know, this will not affect OCS R2 if you move Lync Server component. After removing, you may need to remerge and publish the topology again.
If you deployed Enterprise Edition, you can also try to add a new server into Front End pool. After installing and moving Lync Server CMS, you can remove the old server.
