Livemeeting invite by email grayed out

Hi ,
I did setup OCS 2007 R2 and I'm trying livemeeting internally. When I click Meet Now , it opens the meeting and when I click Attendees --> Invite , I have 2 options "By E-Mail" and "Call Someone" , but both options are grayed out. Any idea what's the issue here ?

We upgraded the systems and everything runs fine.
