Unable to compile web presence control

I grabbed the files from this: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=10503
I followed the instructions. It said to compile it (for managed control.) Since I use visual studio 2010 it had to convert it. I get between 25-97 errors when I attempt to do so.
I think its missing a reference of some sort but I don't know which.
Examples of errors:
Can anyone provide assistance? Or point me to an already compiled dll? Thanks.
