When using the OWA 2010 Options/Phone/Call Answering Rules when trying to add a phone number to 'Find me at' we see the following error after adding a correctly formatted number.

"The phone number that you entered doesn't comply with the dialling restrictions configured by your voice mail administrator."

The number added does dial fine via Lync and via the dialling interface in Outlook.

Any suggestions as to where to confirm these dialling restrictions? Our Lync policy is set to allow any correctly formatted number to be dialled at the moment.

Those settings are on the Exchange Unified Messaging side of the configuration on the UM Dial Plan properties.

Added some tentative patterns into the Dial Plan and UM Mailbox Policies and that appears to work - needs a little more testing.

The documentation for those settings is very sketchy - really couldn't see how to deliver a pattern that matched +44xxxxxxxxx given that '+' is not allowed.

    Thanks for confirming the location...
