Hi there,
Simple question: Can mediation servers be a members of another domain than were Front Ends are? So if I have FEs in domain A and I need to put mediation servers on the domain B, will it work and is supported solution? They are still in the same forest.

Lync Servers need to be joined to the same domain.

Hi,
Why did you want to deploy the Lync FE server and mediation in different in different domains?
I would recommend you deploy them in the same domain.

Did you mean that you don’t have domain controller in the domain where the Lync pool is?
