hi, does anyone know if it's possible to configure how many times should polycom cx700 phone ring before callee gets "unavailable" signal? when soft communicator gets call, it can ring a very long time. OCS ver. 2007 R2
I think you should first log your user into a normal Communicator R2 and configure the "Call Forwarding Setting" parameters to have your devicesl ringing for the period of time you want. Once it's done, your Tanjay phone will automatically apply this policy.
