Hello,
We are trying to install OCS Proxy with MCM for the integration with a PBX Nortel, but we have this situation.
When we finished installing all the requirements according with the next procedure:
1. VC++ Redistributable package (vcredist_x64.exe)
2. .NET Framework 3.5 (dotnetfx35.exe)
3. SQL native client (sqlncli_x64.msi)
4. UCMA Redistributable package (ucmaredist.msi)
5. OCS R2 core components (ocscore.msi)
6. server.msi SERVER=PROXY SKU=SE
It supposed that we will be able to see an admin snap-in in: Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Services and Applications, but the new snap-in does not appear.
We are using Windows 2008 x64 Standard with SP2 and OCS 2007 R2, and also test with a Windows Server 2003 R2 x32 and x64 and OCS 2007 R1 and the result was the same, we don’t have the new snap-in.
Do you have any idea of what are missed in the procedure?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi Omar,
Did you activate the Proxy server with the command below according to the NTP?
LcsCmd.exe /server /user: <user> /action:activate /role:workgroupProxy /password <password>.exe

Hi Quang,
Ít doesn't work the first time.
We re-install the server run again all the commands, activate the proxy server and install the admin tools and the snap-in appear.
Thanks.
