I'm getting this message on Communicator yet I can make calls to the client successfully. When I try to run a trace on the mediation server, no logs appear. Same on the FEserver. How can that be possible when the call is routing properly to my MOC? The only reason I noticed this was because a user wants to forward all calls coming into MOC to their cell phone. The option isn't there now because MOC doesn't think its connected.

Do you guys have RCC or Dual forking enabled, or just enterprise voice?

I think I was attempting to integrate our PBX with my account and have unchecked that box now. Logging is working again, so not sure what was going on previously. Yep, that was the problem. At some point I'm hoping to integrate this with our PBX, but if I want to avoid problems like this one I just had, I'll need to study up on it more. Thanks for the help.
