      when i try to open microsoft word 2007, the window come up blank, then after i mimize it and click on microsoft from start up  small window come up saying a dialog box is open , after i click ok microsoft word open what can i do to resolve this.

      Hi,

      This problem may occur if you have a Word template in your Startup folder that contains an autoexec macro that opens a dialog box.

      You can fix it by removing the Template from Your Startup Folder, the location would be here:
      C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
      C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12\STARTUP
      Note: In this path, username is your logon user name.
