Hi, I am having a problem with outlook shutting down. When I open outlook, the view has changed and the reading pane has disappeared, and if you try to open an e-mail it shuts outlook down, with the following error message:

    AppName: outlook.exe      AppVer: 12.0.4518.1014     AppStamp:4542840f
    ModName: mso.dll      ModVer: 12.0.4518.1014      ModStamp:4542867b
    fDebug: 0       Offset: 00007642

It then asks if I would like to send an error message.
It has been working fine for the last year or so???

    Please advise if possible..

    Thanks

This is not the correct thread for this issue. I would recommend that you ask this question on the Outlook/Office thread.
