I'm seeing this as well. Only on replies to messages, only within organisation (running Exchange 2003) ... and it doesn't seem to occur with meeting request replies.

Just adding info based on some additional findings.

It appears to only happen with recipients who are on a different Exchange server (within the same company)...

Same thing, even on Outlook 2010 Beta 2 Bits installed. Does not matter whether I am running Cached or not mode. We are also on Exchange 2003.

Same thing here, only within the company, and only with those on the same Exchange server (running Exchange 2003), and mostly with replies-- but occasionally with a new email as well.  I thought it had to do with cached names in the nickname file, only to discover upon further surfing that OL 2010 doesn't have a nickname file any more-- it has the "Suggested contacts" list. So how did it know some names that aren't in my Suggested Contacts list; ones that were in my .nk2 file before I upgraded?  It must have a cache somewhere. Am I onto something?
