Not able to open office 2007 programs in windows 7

When click on any program gettting following error:
"This action is only valid for products that are currently installed"
When tried to remove and repair office 2006 getting following error:
"This product installation is corrupted. Run setup again"
When run new setup then getting following error:
"Err0r 1402. Setup can not open the registry key
UNKNOWN\Components\....."
Please help.
