I have a power-point presentation that I need to upload on my website. I want the permissions to be such that everyone can read the ppt but cannot edit, copy or print anything. What powerpoint provides is that we need to write email address of each and everyone for the "read" permission. Is it possible that all can read it without supplying email addresses explicitly.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Did you use SharePoint web site, if so, you can control the document permission with SharePoint tools.

If you are using PowerPoint 2010, Click File > Info > Protect Presentations > Restrict Permission by people, choose the option you want or customize with restricted access option.

You can also try to save it as PowerPoint Picture Presentation format, it cannot be edited then, but you still need to restrict permission to avoid copy or print. You can find it in Save As list.
