Install Office 2010

Thursday, June 21, 2012 6:14 PMI had a computer with Office 2010 installed. The computer was destroyed and I am attempting to reinstall everything I can on another machine. I installed Office from the Microsoft download website originally. I still have the product key, but I do not have the installation files. Where can I get the files necessary to install office? Do I get the evaluation and then reuse my product key?

Hi,
you can return to the Microsoft store online, login with your Live ID, and depending on your purchase, you should be able to download/retrieve.

Tuesday, July 03, 2012 2:55 PMI went back to VLS to reaccess my account. I was unable to access it earlier and with the help of support we were able to resolve the issue. Back to operational.
