Answered Outlook 2010 email attachment - Unknown

    Hi There,

    I just received an email from a user with the following attachment icon. I'm not what this is or how to open it? I'm assuming they are pictures so copied the attachment to my desktop, renamed it zip or RAR and it didnt open.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    Please right-click attachment, point Save As, check the file type if it can be verify.

    If the file type display All files(*.*), you may do not install relate program to open it.

    You can contact the sender, and query which program can open this file.

    Note: If you don't trust the sender, please do not open it.
