    Hi,

    I have a new Font and in this font i have new symbol. 
    I want to create a shortcut for this symbol. I did it but I want to deploy this configuration to all my office client.

    Can i do this with GPO? And how?

    On the other hand, when i assigned the sortcut for one of the symbol,

    Install Office and the Font in a test machine, open Word and modify the shortcut in Symbol - Customize Keyboard, make sure the settings are saved in Normal.dotm.  Install the Font and deliver this Normal.dotm to the client machine and set as default.

    The default file path should be: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates

    If Outlook 2007 or higher version are used, and also need the shortcut, open Outlook and create a new message modify the Symbol settings and save in NormalEmail.dotm. Deliver this file with Normal.dotm and also set as default.
