Microsoft OneNote 2003 downloads / repair

I love OneNote 2003 though I likely do not use it to its greatest potential. It came as an OEM. While I do have my original installion DVD it is packed away and inaccessible without extensive digging. Is there a way to download setup / repair .exe from Microsoft? Every time I open the program since installing Microsoft Office Pro 2007 (I know I am not current with 2010 and beyond ... oh well) it begins an auto install then gives me message "An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Would you like to repair this feature now?" Of course I say yes, it runs through installing process then gives me the message "The feature is not available" and then "Microsoft Office OneNote has not been installed for the current user. Please run setup to install the application." Well, I thought I just had. Then I go to the Control Panel to "Add or Remove Programs" and click on "Change" for Microsoft Office OneNote 2003. I've clicked on Repair and I've clicked on Add Features. Both end with message "Installation ended prematurely because of an error." Finally the last popup windows says "Fatal error during installation." I've tried to pull files from my backup drive to make sure all OneNote files are on the C drive. Nothing is working short of hunting down my OEM DVD.
CAN anyone PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
Thanks.

Since it is provided as OEM DVD, you may try to contact your computer producer, see if you can get a backup copy from them.
