    Hi, is it possible to set the field for every folder in your Inbox and Sent items to be the same instead of manually having to add To or From etc?

    Have a look at these suggestions

    Unfortunately the apply current view to all folders only applies it to inbox folders.

    If you want to work with sent items you could create a new view. See the edit and manage views section in the link above.
