I have a user that tries to open Access 2010 Pro Plus and gets this message: The command line you used to start Microsoft Access contains an option that Microsoft Acces doesn't recognize. Access then loses a lot of its functionality, such as not being able to open existing databases or create a new one. Tried repairing Office with no luck. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

Start > Run, type the following command then click OK on the user’s computer to run the Access program:
    MSACCESS.exe
If it works, the issue might be caused by the incorrect shortcut of Microsoft Access 2010.
Delete all the shortcuts of Microsoft Access 2010 and create new one to see if it can be helpful.
