Outlook 2007 Public Folder Calendar

We moved from 2003 to 2007 both Outlook and Exchange.
The only I have not been able to resolve is this:
Outlook 2003 would allow a person to edit an occurrence on the public folder calender however Outlook 2007 only edits the series?
Where is the 'edit occurrence or series' option?

Are you really double-clicking the occurrence meeting, not selecting the single meeting in public calendar that time? Does the option “Edit this occurrence” appear in personal calendar?
Have you checked the result through OWA?
I can confirm that we can perform the same steps as OL2003 to edit an occurrence meeting in OL2007. A bit more background information and your exact steps how you got to this point would be helpful.
Thanks.

1. I open Public Folders in outlook 2007
2. I select the shared calendar.
3. I select an appointment and right click: Edit Series is the only option.
4. There is no option to edit this Public Folder in owa.
Thanks
