Getting error when attempting to install office 2007 security patches

I am attempting to install security patches for office 2007. I have 13 different office 2007 patches, for each one I get an error
The expected version of the product was not found on the system.
Not sure why I am getting this, as I have office 2007 installed and use it everyday. Any assistance that you can provide would be appreciated.
Running XP 32 bit, with office 2007

Hi Karen,
Do you have SP 3 for both Windows XP and Office 2007 ?
If no, please install first SP3 for Windows XP and than try again to run the Office security patches.
If same, than install SP3 for Office 2007.

Office is sp3, and xp when I attempted to load the service pack I get an error saying
Setup has detected that the service pack version of this system is newer that then update you are applying.
There is no need to install this update.
