    Hi

    I have installed Visio 2013 (with License Key) and everytime I do a save, save as "pdf", or search for drawing items, a modal dialog appears multiple times "Configuring Microsoft Visio Professional 2013..."

    I tried reinstalling, and the same occurs

    I am running on Windows 7 Home Priemum, and I previously had installed Microsoft Visio Professional 2010.

    Ideas, because this is very annoying

    Hi Jeff,

    Try to start Visio 2013 in safe mode to check the issue. If the issue doesn't occur in safe mode, then this issue is caused by some add-in.

    If the issue still occurs in safe mode, then start Windows in clean boot to check whether the issue is caused by some third party service.
