Downgrade Office 2013 to 2010

I am due to purchase Microsoft Office Standard 2013 through Microsoft Volume Licensing.
Is it possible to downgrade Office 2013 to Office Standard 2010?

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 1:07 PM The downgrade rights are reserved for Volume License and Software Assurance customers. With that said, these customers can go all the way back to Office 07 Pro Plus or Standard. I believe there is no downgrade rights for consumers, you can probably still find Office 2010 from Amazon or the like though.
