Hi Jebailes,
Please try the following:
Click Control Panel, click Mail, click Show Profiles, click Add, type a name you want to use and click OK, with the default selection - E-mail Account selected, click Next and finish the configuration.
You may follow the steps in the article http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/add-or-remove-an-email-account-HA010354414.aspx
When finished, back to the Mail setting window, select Choose a profile to be used, or have the new created profile selected, and select Always use this profile. Click OK, and try to run Outlook again.
