Can I upgrade to office 2013 with a 2007 key?

MS stopped offering upgrade/discounts a long time ago, although they sometimes offer a free upgrade to the newer version in the lead up to the release of that newer version. (eg buy 2010 just before 2013 is launched and get a free 2013 when it releases).Don
