  Hi j ghent,

   

  Do you use Office LiveMeeting Services or OCS 2007 LiveMeeting. If you are using Office LiveMeeting Services, you need to contact your LiveMeeting administrator to ensure he/she has added you in the LiveMeeting Administration Conference center and confirm the URL, user name and password with administrator. If the problem still exists, please contact LiveMeeting Support:
