QuestionRecording audio via a call bridge (not working)

    Hello,

    I'm trying to record audio from a bridge number that we subscribe to.  i have setup the meeting options to include the participant code and I have done the 'record to service' configuration before recording.

    It seems to be working fine but when I check the recording afterward there is still no audio and I have no way of knowing if LM has even successfully connected to the bridge number.  Does anyone know how I can confirm that a connection was made? or have any suggestion on what to try next?

    anyhelp would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Are you using OCS built-in LiveMeeting or Office LiveMeeting Services? If you are using OCS built-in LiveMeeting, please post the question in OCS queue. If you are using Office LiveMeeting Service, I don’t quite understand the meaning of “bridge number”. Could you elaborate a bit? Thanks.
