Setting up a Live Meeting on behalf of someone else
- Is it possible to set up a Live Meeting on behalf of somebody else? We have tested it between two users in our environment and doesn't seem possible even with permission to the person's Calendar. The scenario is where a secretary books a meeting with attendees on behalf of his/her manager.

Hi Jaco Sadie,
There are two ways to create the meeting on behalf of the manager and both of them need the secretary has the manager’s credential of LiveMeeting.
The first way is to use Outlook add-in. You could install the Live Meeting Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook into Outlook, and change the User Accounts details to the manager's account. Then when a Live Meeting invitation is made, it's made with the manager's credentials.
1. 1. Install the Live Meeting conferencing add-in from the below site.
URL: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA102368901033.aspx2. After the add-in has been successfully installed, reopen Outlook and go over to the Conferencing drop-down menu and select User Accounts.
3. Within the User Accounts menu, go down to the Live Meeting Service section and input the conference center's URL. Then click on the checkbox next to "I enter a user name and password to access my account." and enter the manager’s credentials.4. Click on the Test Connection button to verify the Live Meeting conferencing add-in can successfully connect to the Live Meeting service with the entered credentials.
5. Once you pass the connection test, click OK to get back to the main Outlook window.
6. Click on the “Schedule a Live Meeting” button, choose Use Live Meeting Service if needed, to create a meeting using the manager's credentials. The second way is to sign in the Live Meeting Conference Administration Center using manager's account with his credentials, and then create the meeting there.
Hope this helps.
