Users are not able to set an entry code in Live Meeting either through the Outlook add-in or Web portal meeting options.  The boxes are grayed out.  Why is this?

    Hi Live101Proof,

Please log on the LiveMeeting Administration Web Console using administrator account. Click “Account” under “Administer” on the left navigation. Then click “Roles and Policies”à Edit “Password and Meeting Entry Code/Recording Key Policies”. Ensure that you don’t click the check box before “Only the Meeting Entry Codes and Recording Keys generated by the server are valid”. If you choose this option, then the entry code box will be gray out in the meeting option.

    Hope this helps.
