Question about the Confirmation Number on LM Events. I need to know if there is a way to disable the requirement to enter a Confirmation Number when someone registers for an Event- that was created using the Live Meeting Manager (from Organizer Interface).
When people register for Live Meeting Events, they receive a confirmation number that is used to login into the meetings and then take tests or surveys associated with that event. I would like to be able to use the surveys and tests outside of the event- for people who did not register for the event but still want to take the tests/surveys. At the moment this is not possible because it asks for a confirmation number and if someone has not registered for the event, they will not be able to take the tests/surveys. Is the "Confirmation Number" requirement
something that can be turned off on the Conference Center?
