    Hi

First, I want to remind that it is an Office LiveMeeting Service forum. Your problem should be related to Office LiveMeeting Service or it may not be answered here.

If this problem is related to LiveMeeting Service, could you please describe your problem in detail for us to get a better understanding?

    1.     Which system do you use and which version? XP or Vista

    2.     What do you mean by “at startup”? Did the blank desktop occur when you try to start a program or just after you start your computer?

    3.     What does “it” mean? Can you specify the name of “it”

It will be quite helpful if you can provide the steps to reproduce the problem. Thanks.
