Shared Notes
- What is the trick to getting others to see Shared Notes and to be able to write to them? When I open them up as the presenter, I can see them but participants cannot. I can write to them but participants cannot. I tried sharing them by going to Contents > Share Program, but it is not listed as something I can share. Isn't that the idea behind Shared Notes?

So, I figured this one out -- in case anyone is interested -- the Presenter must tell the Participants to click on the icon. Anyone who clicks this icon in the upper righthand box can then see the same notes as the Presenter and write into them. I can't find this documented anywhere.
