Is there trainin and/or techniques available that provides for how to keep LiveMeeting attendees engaged and present?   I've had several customers ask for some help with this topic asa they leverage LM more in their organizations.
Major concern stems from the fear that people are not "Tuned Into the Meeting" as they would be if it were a in person meeting.

    Hi Dave,

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. Do you mean once the people join the meeting, they cannot exit the meeting until the meeting ends? If so, LiveMeeting cannot lock the meeting so that all the attendees cannot exit the meeting until the meeting ends. Any attendees are allowed to exit at any time during the meeting. Also currently there is no plan to have this feature in the next generation of LiveMeeting. Thanks for your understanding.

If I misunderstand your concern, please explain your concern clearly. Thanks.

Hi Dave - our training team delivers a free class on Best Practices for Presenting in Live Meeting, which may be exactly what you are looking for. We understand that making the transition from in-person meetings to virtual can be tricky and our training team does a fantastic job of helping people make that adjustment. Some tips include inserting interactivity every 7 minutes (via polling, Q&A, annotations, etc) and use your voice to generate excitement.

You can find the Best Practices class and all of our online training here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/livemeeting/HA102429721033.aspx

Thanks and let me know if you have any additional questions.
