Live Meeting crashed without being able to log in, with 2 separate events taking place

Last Monday (December 10) afternoon (Time Zone: Lisbon) the Live Meeting service crashed, and we couldn't even log in at the service page. We had to cancel two events that were ongoing.
Anyone else had this problem, or know what happened?
