Office Live Meeting 2007 console freezes after signing in
We use Office Live Meeting on a daily basis at work. I have a ver 2007 installed in my laptop.
Once I hit on Proceed after entering all the details, the console freezes after signing in. The presentation console comes up and thenfreezes. My colleagues see me logged in.
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Live Meeting, Flash Plug Ins and Java but nothing works. Is there some java or flash or any other app version affecting the console after signing in?
If anyone has a solution to resolve this issue, please suggest steps to correct this.
For now I use the web client but it is not convenient.
Thanks,
Narayan.
Details: Win Xp Ver 2002 with SP3 / Office 2007 SP2 (12.06425.1000)

Hi Narayan,
For your problem, I would suggest you contact LiveMeeting Support and provide the answer to the following questions.
1. Do you have full administrative rights on your computer/network?
2. Is there any internet security software in place on your computer? If yes, what’s the software?
3. Can you provide screenshots of the issue just prior to, and just after the console freezes?
They will give you a quick response within 24 hours.
Hope this helps.

Hi Lu Zou,
I spoke to LiveMeeting Support but we tried all options but could not resolve joining my customer's meeting. I was able to join in the test meeting provided by support.
Finally the support guy concluded that:
It has been my pleasure to work with you on your support request with confirming possible corruption within a meeting and being unable to use.
They have asked me to contact the internal helpdesk /organizer who setup up the internal meeting.
So my issue with my customer's meeting remains unresolved. This has been the case with another colleague who has the similar issue. The similarity between me and my colleague is that it has occured after we installed the live meeting update a few weeks back.
Now I do not know how to rollback to the earlier sub-version of Live Meeting.
My current meeting version is 8.0.6362.143
Thanks,
Narayan.
