    Hi,

Microsoft has two solutions which can meet business requirements for Web Conferencing:

l  Microsoft® Office Live Meeting – a hosted service for Web conferencing

l  Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 – an on-premise server solution that includes Web conferencing along with several other communication technologies.

Office Live Meeting service and Office Communications Server 2007 are designed and built using a common Web conferencing technology platform. In addition, regardless of whether a meeting attendee is interfacing with the Office Live Meeting service or Office Communications Server 2007, they use the same Web conferencing client.

One of the most important differences of the two products is that LiveMeeting service is hosted in external Microsoft datacenters. If you want to hold the meeting in internal LAN, I think you choice would be Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007. There are many other differences between the two products; I suggest you read the document below for more information:

If you decide to use OCS 2007 after reading the documents, you can buy this product and deploy it yourself according to the deployment technical articles or consult Microsoft Partner for help.
