Audio not working on relays
- Hi I am having a problem with the audio not working when trying to play back a recorded livemeeting. I often watch recorded webcast in the Microsoft Partner center but all of a sudden the audio stopped working. I've tried both options high fidelity and the other one which just plays in the media center. When I try and play other things in the media center the audio works. I've tried uninstalling live meeting 2007. I've even uninstalled the K-Lite codec pack I've been using for years all with no luck. I think it started after an update came down for live meeting. I am running a computer with Windows Vista 32bit, and I have media center 11 on it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Sean

Hi Sean,
Did you watch the webcast online or download it on your machine and use media player to play it? When you play HFP format recording, you need to download recording converter for Microsoft Office LiveMeeting 2007 here and covert the recording to single movie files. You can try to play the recording again after you install the recording converter.

You mentioned that you often watch other webcasts then do you encounter the same problem when you watch other webcasts? If this problem only occurs in this webcast, I think there is no problem with your media player but the recording.
Hope this helps.

- I tried both watching it online and downloading it to my computer both had the same result of no audio. I installed the converter and that didn't help. I've tried multiple web-casts on Microsoft learning website all of then won't play with audio on my computer. But when I switch to my laptop it works.
Thanks
Sean
