cannot connect the microsoft online through uVerse gateway

Hi there,
I am unable to connect to the Microsoft Online Exchange through my single sign on, or even directly access the sign-in pages through microsoft.com/online. My configurations were just fine last night (outlook last successfully updated folders at 12:01am). I am using an all-in-one AT&T uVerse gateway (2Wire). My IT people have looked at my home network configuration, and think that the gateway itself seems to be blocking my access. If I take my phone off the home wi-fi and just access the exchange email through the 3G network, I can get it. I am the only one in the company having problems.
Has anyone else run into this problem? I've tried creating pinholes to allow HTTPS server access, but there does not seems to be a way to specifically allow *.microsoftonline.com sites through the gateway. I'm really struggling, because I am completely at a standstill until I can get this up and running. AT&T say that because I have internet connectivity, it's not their problem.
Any suggestions would be helpful!

I am also having issues when connecting through ATT UVerse. It seems to be an issue with ATT. Their support is clueless so there is no telling when this will be resolved. I am able to connect when I use my VPN and 3G on Verizon.- Proposed As Answer by Daniel Trautman Thursday, March 29, 2012 6:40 PM
