What does it take to get a total outage resolved? We have been dead in the water since Tuesday with a multi-million dollar client.

Tier 2 did not resolve it, and I have wasted over 10 unbillable hours on the problem with no resoluntion.  COME ON PEOPLE

    Hello Sir,

To my knowledge, this issue is more complicated than a service outage as your tests account to not have connectivity issues in our environment, and your request for assistance has not been dismissed my our team and is currently in the hands of a Technical Lead to provide you with the necessary technical resources from Microsoft to provide you a resolution.

I apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of my team.
