Assuming you are using the supported version of XP (SP3), please visit the appropriate forum for this question: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itproxpsp/threads. I would highly recommend providing considerably more information that what you have provided as well as listing the troubleshooting steps you have performed.
